Nutrition and Fitness
In the spring of 2004, MetroLacrosse initiated a focus on health, fitness and nutrition. The purpose of this focus is to help our players and their families become more aware of the connection between nutrition and athletic performance. Some of the key elements of this initiative are:
- Fitness Testing for individuals to mark their own improvement
- Health Class at SummerScores
- Nutritious Snacks at MetroLacrosse events
